Joseph C McCarron, JR, CPA
Principal & Founder
Joseph McCarron has over twenty-five years of extensive executive experience in capital formation, property development and operations management as CEO, President, CFO and consultant serving in diverse business and financial services industries with particular emphasis in the Senior Living Industry.
Mr. McCarron’s business career has included senior management and executive positions in public accounting, closely held business enterprises, private practice as well as in large corporate environments where he served as an executive officer and director of a public company. He has achieved industry recognition for his expertise involving strategic repositioning and redirection in distressed business environments requiring organizational development and capital formation. For over fifteen years, Mr. McCarron has dedicated his career to providing financial advisory and management consulting services in the Senior Living Industry, specializing in corporate development, capital formation and turnaround management services in all sectors of this industry. Mr. McCarron’s career portfolio includes involvement in property transactions and business development initiatives representing in excess of $1 billion of invested capital in this industry.
David J McCarron, MA
Business Development & Research Associate
David has a BA in History from the University of New Hampshire and recently completed a MA degree program in the Management of Aging Services from the Erickson School at UMBC.
As the Business Development & Research Associate with Capital Care Associates (CCA). David is responsible for tracking and reporting internally upon news and information that is produced by the Senior Living Industry. His research activities inform our current engagements and provide a platform for targeting new trends and opportunities.
David works out of a Coworking Studio that he co-founded in North Port, FL and was named one of twenty “People to Watch 2015” by Biz (941) – a publication dedicated to covering business and innovation in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
